This Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication (customized sheet metal component) is a customized metal structural part fabricated through sheet metal cutting, bending, punching and welding processes. Its key features are as follows:

Use galvanized steel sheet (default, customizable options available for stainless steel, aluminum, etc.), with the galvanized layer providing excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor, humid or industrial environments; the material strength and cost balance meet the structural support requirements.

Multi-process integration:
Cutting / Punching: Laser or punching technology achieves precise hole drilling (installation holes, weight reduction holes, etc., with regular hole positions, suitable for bolt connection / cable threading);
CNC bending: Forms L-shaped / U-like cross-sections, significantly enhancing structural rigidity and resisting deformation;
Welding reinforcement: Local welding of square patches to enhance connection strength or positioning accuracy (assists in assembly alignment).
Detail quality: The bending edges are smooth without burrs, the welding areas are flat, ensuring compatibility with other components for assembly.
